While at Reaktor I collaborated closely with Timberland & VF Corporation teams to define and test-drive a brand-first future vision. We successfully implemented validated next-generation design concepts across a range of products and user experience levels, spanning from transactional to immersive product discovery experiences.
We pinpointed areas of opportunity to establish a seamless CX foundation, enhance above-the-fold user experiences, and improve product storytelling. The outcomes of this phase included a significant estimated impact on e-commerce key performance indicators, along with a playbook outlining a phased rollout strategy and plans for further testing in subsequent phases.
