Impact and outcomes
While at Reaktor I collaborated closely with Timberland & VF Corporation teams to define and test-drive a brand-first future vision. We successfully implemented validated next-generation design concepts across a range of products and user experience levels, spanning from transactional to immersive product discovery experiences.

We pinpointed areas of opportunity to establish a seamless CX foundation, enhance above-the-fold user experiences, and improve product storytelling. The outcomes of this phase included a significant estimated impact on e-commerce key performance indicators, along with a playbook outlining a phased rollout strategy and plans for further testing in subsequent phases.

Test-driving a next-gen customer experience with Timberland
We conducted interactive review sessions with participants worldwide, where we examined hyper-realistic prototypes of crucial Timberland experiences. Our emphasis was on gaining top-level insights for a smart, self-steering system that dynamically restructures experiences based on the context of the customer's journey.
A unified and flexible system for the full brand portfolio
After a thorough comparison between conventional and progressive e-commerce patterns, evaluating the effectiveness of immersive storytelling versus direct conversion drivers. We iterated on the framework to be flexible enough for the full spectrum of customer experiences and brand expression, but still streamlined and comprehensible enough to be implemented with speed and confidence.
