While at Edenspiekermann, my responsibility was to establish a unified and industry-leading customer experience across multiple platforms, products, and brands. This collaboration encompassed a brand architecture evolution, a revitalized strategy, and a redesign of elsevier.com. And additionally creating a design system for intricate digital health products and developing global campaigns for various sub-brands, products, publications, and events.

We defined, designed, and test-drove the redesign of elsevier.com. In a visual research and development process involving customers and stakeholders worldwide, we formulated a strategy and customer experience for the new elsevier.com, encompassing its various sub-brands and platforms.
Pushing the envelope for customer experience in the industry
As part of our partnership with Elsevier, we aimed to elevate the industry's customer experience standard. Considering the organization's experience design capabilities and budget, we crafted a rich and immersive publication experience. This design minimizes the need for extensive content production while offering significant flexibility, all while providing a unique and special feel.
